I have a high end golf cart that can be difficult to find someone locally who really knows how to work on it, and they knew exactly what to do. Barb in the office was amazing. Every single time she said she would call me back, she did. That level of follow through is very unusual these days. The owner personally picked up my cart, quickly diagnosed the battery issue, facilitated getting the battery properly registered, and delivered the cart back to me promptly. He kept me informed every step of the way, and everything he said he would do, he did.
